2015 Ram 3500 - random code CEL issues for last month help needed

Hello for the last 2 months have been fighting CEL issues its either been P02281 which was comming on very random when this started i was working with a diesel shop they replaced the EGR valve 300 miles later it came on again, i replaced the MAF sensor, 485 miles later came on again, so i replace the TMAP and the IAT/temp sensor today 530 miles it came on but now a different code P0401 ....before all of this started back in Nov the CEL came on for a NOX sensor which was replaced and fixed that problem...while the truck was in the shop i did have them fix the grid heater they replaced it with a S&B intake elbow ...my one thought was could the S&B be causing the issues ?? i dont seem to be able to find any info to support it. the disel shop is working with me on this but im getting furstrated. its been a pretty good truck up till now

When they installed the S&B did they make sure all gasket didn't leak an the clamps were tight so that you had no air leaks? Why was the S&B installed was original bad or just for looks? Also pinched or broken wires or lose connectors, sounds like they just threw the parts gun at it.... Ever think to get a second opinion at a different shop?

when i took it in for the nox issue the grid heater bolt was loose not bad loose but getting there, they use S&B products and i have had good luck in the past with S&B...they said they did a air leak test on the system when the p02281 CEL came on and the system was tight...i would assume if i had an air leak would the CEL come on right away? it very random it will go 200, 300 400 or 500 miles before it comes on...your right im thinking about taking it to the dealership
