Paint my bumper

I'm wanting to paint my bumper same color as my truck...what's the best way to do This? Any tips?

That’s a chrome bumper. Too much work to take all the chrome away to be able to paint it.
You’re better off buying a new bumper that’s primed and ready to be painted them just take it to a body shop and have them colour match ur paint and paint it. You can find a bumper for under 200$ and get it painted for about the same

I have no idea how good these folks are but noodle around on Ebay and you will find others also.

I'd just replace the chrome one with a painted one and these guys would save you scuffing the chrome one and the chance down the road of it peeling.
