k i have like 4 coats of paint and 5 coats of clear im going to sand it then get it painted at a shop is there a stripper or something i can use or just wet sand it till my arms fall off

You probably did the same thing that I did - use too much paint and/or clear. At least that's what the paint guy told me. I had used 3 primer/adhesive promoter, 4 paint, and 4 clear.

I don't use ap on my paint. for some reason when I did it, it was blotchy. I never used it again. the primer I use(d) has enough bite.

I used adhesive promoter but didn't use a separate primer (said it was adhesion promoter and clear primer). Then I painted and cleared. I guess blotchy would be a good way to describe how mine came out. I don't know what the painter did to fix it, but whatever he did it came out like it should have the first time.
