Painting Help

I need to patch a few rust spots and also paint a fender. My paint code is pr4 , so I can get that. Only thing is what primer do i get? I have used white and black sandable primers but both bleed though(more coats don't help much). So what should I use. I was thinking gray, but i don't want to screw up a patch of paint again and have to redo it.

Find a actual paint shop. Most towns have it. Tell them what your spraying and what problem your having they can normal fix that problem for you just in what your spraying or how. I believe in all your supplies should match. So if your Primer is PPG so should your base, and your clear. It usually results in less problems.
