Painting Ram Head Logo

Hey everyone. I'm looking to paint the chrome Ram head logo on the grill and tailgate of my truck. I'm looking to paint in red eyes. Any tips on products and prep work I should use to get the best possible finish ? Thanks !

So, you're just going to paint red eyes on the ram head and that is it? If so, just take the paint brush and dab two eyes with some acrylic paint.


Or you painting the emblem itself as well?

Why not go all the way to brodom and install red LED's in the eyes?

Just going to paint red eyes that's all. I just wasn't sure what type of paint to use over chrome and if primer was necessary .

You can wipe the area with wax and grease remover. Then just apply the paint. No primer needed for that tiny of a spot.
