Painting side mirrors

Does anyone here have a write up on painting their plastic black side mirrors. I want to paint mine the body color. The dealer and other outlets want a ungodly amount of money for the painted stock ones that come on the truck. Mine are the cheap black kind of rough plastic version. Thanks

If you don't use a paint with a catalyst it will come off.

Watched the videos, they will be peeling and chipping eventually, no catalyst paint used.

Automotive paint is the best to use IMO. Also the best thing to do is go down to a autobody paint shop have them color match your vehicle to the exact color and make you up either a pint or aerosol rattle can from that and spray away.
