Hi All,

Hoping this is a simple fix.

My parking brake is not always going all the way up when release.
By this it going up 90% of the way and just enough that the light stays on.
I have to lift the petal the last inch for the light to stay off.

I know the break is fully dis engaged at this point.

Any idea on how to adjust so this stops happening?

Hi Fremen,

I certainly understand why this would be concerning. If you are not able to remedy the concern based on the advice provided here, I kindly recommend connecting with your local Ram dealer. Our team is available via private message if you are in need of any assistance with that process.

My 2000 did it and I just WD40'd the crap out of the linkage under the dash and it seemed to help out.
