Try checking your headlight switch. You could be getting bleed thru on the connectors if they are loose or burnt. Do you have an alarm? Factory/aftermarket? May not be the hazards. It may be your park lights.

I think the HID kits only cover the headlights and fog lights. I may be wrong.
I was taking an electricians way of troubleshooting. Is it the cold temps that is causing the problem or is it coincidence. If it is a timed blinking and the same amount everytime , something mechanical is causing the problem.

Anyone else have any input!!!!

i have not notice if the blinks are the same length of time but i know that they are random like blink 10 mins blink 20 mins blink 15 mins blink
i will try to unplug the hid i tought they might be backfeeding in the lo beem thus making the parking turn on ?

i do believe it is the cold temps because it does not do it during the warmer day time or when the truck is warmed up and driving

Do you know if your truck had the factory security system too?
My '00 Did, and it did some wonky stuff. I just pulled the 'security' fuse and the truck worked beautifully for 2 years after that.

Not saying it's the ultimate solution, but it might help ya get through the winter until you can easily diagnose it.
