Good morning... Changing the fuel filter this morning and this tiny, very brittle 20 year old tube broke. I followed it to the passenger side and it goes to the underside of something right behind the battery. On the driver's side it goes up under where I think the horn is. I looked at my video afterward so I could see better and it looks like it actually goes under the horn to something else.

Before I started the engine, I moved key to the run position to prime the new filter and the part I'm trying to identify is powered up and buzzing/running, but I don't know what it is. Any help? Thanks!

In case anyone needs to know in the future, this thing that's circled is the cruise control servo and vacuum reservoir. There's a vacuum tube that connects to the underside of it and goes along the firewall, over the motor, then a 90 degree right over the fuel filter and curves around and goes into the front driver's side wheel well. I was able to splice the broken part with a piece of $3 tubing from AutoZone.
