part number and check engine issue=HELP

hey guys. Long story short- I need a new panel that goes around my cd/media player. The one pictured below.but I can't find a part number or anything. I went to take it out and when I disconnected the cable that goes to my gear selector/shifter-The check engine light came on and a bell went off saying service shifter. Should I just disconnect the battery or bring it into service for them to reset?

Just had my first check engine light on my 2014 last night and unhooking the battery didn't reset the code. I had to take it in. Yes, I could have ran to autozone and reset it, but wanted to have it recorded at the dealership in case it returns. Mine was a 2nd gear clutch issue, so a bit possibly bigger issue.

Any idea where I can get the radio trim panel? can't find anything online
