I found a guy selling a sport 2012 ram in my local area, saying he was possibly willing to swap parts so I was going to shoot him an email seeing if he needed some extra cash if hed be willing to swap his door handles (sport) hood (sport) and mirrors (sport) with mine (express) as well seeing if he had stock tow hooks. Any idea how much of a pain this would be/ how much I should be offering him? Thanks!

Hood should be easy with three people, two holding, one guy unbolting. Mirrors aren't too bad, although I'm not sure if all functions will work on your express. Sport mirrors are power adjusting, heated, auto-dimming, and turn signal. Never messed with the door handles.

How/why would he have factory tow hooks on a Sport?
I would love to grab a sport hood if the opportunity arose.

The guy turned his truck into a ram runner, but originally it was just an off roading truck so he added mopar hooks, then added a pre runner bumper and removed the hooks.

to hooks arent hard, there just 4 bolts er something. i think 500 bucks would be fair on that? im not sure

like mentioned the mirrors would be easy to swap but the puddle lights and turn signals won't work without doing your own wiring.

i think the door handles will be more difficult
