Passenger Assist Handle

Does anyone make an add on assist handle that can be mounted on the roof rail over the doors? Front pillar assist is a bit out of reach for SWMBO.

I doubt it. If you have side curtain air bags, an above-door handle would interfere. That's the reason they moved the garment hooks over the rear doors to the back wall on the newer trucks and totally screwed up using garment rods from side to side over the back seat.
