Passenger side interior door panels warping - warranty denied

I'm sure this a factory defect with the Warlock.
This happened to mine (front passenger panel and it warped just like yours), I'm within the warranty and it got replaced by the dealer. At first they said I left the windows open which allowed water to get in and caused it to warp... (total crap!)

The replacement one looks to be doing the same thing though (just not as bad yet).
I'll probably go in a week or two to tell them about it to get it swapped again.

Guy at work, his Warlock is starting to warp as well.

And no, I haven't been to the wreckers. Haven't even looked at a manual to see the door panel removal process.
