I have a 3rd gen 1500 Laramie that won't turn the passenger side low beam on. It turns on when the headlight dial is off and you put it in drive (the DRL's come on), but when you turn the low beams on like you would for night driving, only the driver's side comes on. I unplugged the lights and tested the voltage between all the connection pins. Driver's Hi beam on= 12V, Driver's low beam on= 12V, When the passenger hi beam is on=12v, but when the passenger low should be on it reads 10.8V. If the driver's high or low should be off, they also read 10.8V.
Is it my switch that isn't making the connection to the passenger low, or am I missing something?
