Hey guys its been about 3 weeks my truck hasnt be able to shift out of 1st gear. Could a Junkyard PCM be causing it to not out of shift out of first? No codes whatsoever. I'm getting a NO BUS also.

Absolutely. The part # on the junkyard PCM has to be the same as the PCM that came on your truck. I had this problem about a year ago. I carelessly bought the wrong PCM, put it on and realized I couldn't shift out of first gear. Getting a PCM out of a junkyard is fine and most likely doesn't need to be flashed by a dealer, but make sure you get the right part number.
