Has anybody found a certain brand of paint that nearly perfectly matches the Bright Silver Metallic (PS2) paint color? It can be rattle can or for a sprayer as I have one. But I tried Duplicolors paint of the paint code and it didn't match at all so looking for something a little better. 7de7087c960e3e87f087ed5e0e7661dc.jpg

NAPA told me they could do that but after talking to another forum member they said all NAPA does is scan it and get the paint code
get them to take a digital pic at one of the new shops and it will generate an exact match through the computer

Or go to a local auto paint supplier. I’ve never used dupli color and never will. I cringed when I saw my exact match.

I tried Duplicolor cause why the heck not. If it didn't match, it's a $5 loss, if it does match, yippie. When I went through the whole sanding/wet sanding/buffing process it was darker than my original paint, but when I used the same exact can to paint some exhaust tips, they came out lighter than the original paint. I'm going to try what 2 other posters mentioned about automotivetouchup.com
