Got some plans to spiff this thing up, like rust removal, slotted grille inserts, etc. I've had it a month and loving it so far!

I owned my 1999 2nd gen for just a bit over 7 years. Great truck with the 5.2L, auto, 4X4 and an extended cab.

Here it is about a week after I traded it in for the MegaCan.

Owned this 97 1500 for a few years then sold it when I bought my second 2500. 4 years later it followed my son home. Back up to 4 trucks in the driveway. Good thing I dont care what the neighbors think (They are good people)

The Dodge is back on the road! New camshaft position sensor, new distributor cap, new rotor, new coil...new crankshaft sensor just because...


324k original engine (5.9 L) and transmission.
New dash![emoji38]. Dash only made it about 250k. Engine outlasts the dash in these things!

it is with a heavy hart that must put the clown truck down .... drunk driver caused a crash and i got caught up in the oil left on the road and ended her life. .... but do not fear ... the new one is at least all one color and is a single wheel 1 ton. .. came with a working boss V plow and not much else.... she was a school district truck and only has 80k on the clock. has the normal PA problums like break lines, front fender and rusty lower swing arms. .... but 4X4 works and the dash ain't all busted up. and for 850 bucks .. what more can ya ask for??? lol.. sadly i will miss the 5 speed tho.

94 running strong

This is the most recent pic of my 94. It's lived a hard life and has been slowly going through a serious transformation over the last 5 years or so. Tons of repairs and a few mods too. Check my signature for the basics. Started out as a run of the mill 2wd, regular cab laramie (cloth, carpet, pw/pl, power mirrors, etc.) It had a junkyard engine replacement before I bought it and I put a reman trans in. Valve stem seals, modified stock manifold, egr delete, ebay CAI, every sensor replaced at least once. Complete front end rebuild and 3 different steering boxes until I found a good one (steering still feels like garbage lol), new upper dash and many other repairs along the way. As for mods its a 2/4 springs and hangers drop, long tube headers into a single flowmaster, 4.10 gears, and a 99+ sport front end. This weekend I will be doing headlight upgrade number 5 to try and get some decent light out of this thing at night without looking too ricey. After that I have a set of leather seats out of an 01 quad cab I'm going to swap in. It has a long way to go, but it's a work in progress!

my luck sucks lately .... the new blue truck's frame busted ... came up thro the drivers floor pan. shame to. tryed to find a new frame but no luck.... so i got a new truck (silver one).... its a 02 2500 HD 4X4 with 97k on it. and a neer mint frame. needs rockers like thay all do but the frame still has the stickers and chalk marks in it from the factory.... i had to pay a fair price for it tho.... lets hope this one last longer.... FYI .. when ya get new 10 ply rubber .... 80 psi will kill you in a 3/4 ton ...... 40 works good. il post more pics later .... kinda proudeof this one... even the dash is good... no realy.
