Pictures to large to post?

I literally just posted a picture earlier and then I went to post some more of the snow here, and it keeps saying its to large to upload. I resized it, I have turned live off, I can usually screen shot the picture and post it. Nothing is working. I have restarted my Mac as well. Not sure what is going on. It is only on this site that I am having issues with. Mods any help you can give me? TIA!

EDIT: maybe just try again? In the last 3-4 days I have occasionally received something similar to a "404 error" when
logging on to the forum. The error goes away when I hit refresh.
