polyfill in ported box?

will polyfill make any difference in a ported box? Getting a soundstream Rubicon 10" with a min rating of 1ft*3, optimal is 1.5 ft*3.....putting it in a fox box driver side , .95 ft*3...minus sub displacement...

You can try, HT guys use it to smooth out response but they usually aren't running as hard as long as people listening to music.

I've used poly fill In my ported boxes... Just have to play with the amount to get the sound you want.. Don't block the port with it if you can keep from it.
