Possessed ram

I need some help fixing my possessed truck. It's a 2002 ram sport 1500 4x4 with the 360 engine. Just recently it's started applying the rear brakes on its own in drive and 2nd gear at any speed over 10 mph. It starts out with medium brake presser than increases to locking the rear wheels until it comes back to 10 mph. It's only the back brakes. And it does not do it if left in 1st or rev.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My guess would be a sensor going out. Possibly speed sensor?

check your e-brake pads, maybe jamed inside rotors
