So I was driving for lunch today and parked the truck to go inside and get my food then came back out and truck started fine and everything but I romped on the gass a bit and then instantly the engine light started blinking so i pulled over to see the code was P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire) but less than a minute goes by and the engine light went away and its not throwing the code. i also want to note that the cruise control isnt fully functioning seems like i can use it at like 57 MPH but thats about the only time ive gotten it to work. Could both of this issues be because of 1 Vaccum Leak?

If you can, pull your ignition coil out of the cylinder and check for any white or light gray spots, the tiniest burn mark would mean the coil is starting to burn itself or is pulsing more voltage than it should. If that’s not the issue, then it sounds like the fuel injector is intermittently stopping. Working at a dodge dealer, I’ve seen so many different things cause a misfire but the majority of them are caused by the spark plug, injector, or ignition coil.

second coil back on dr.sd. swap it with another coil and see if the code follows.i would also pull the plug and ck.it since your half way there already.
