Sooo, I got My OEM painted mirrors with puddle lamps/turn signals installed. I also purchased a new driver side window switch with the power fold button. Installed the switch, mashed the button and....nothing. :flipthebird:

Question: are *all* sport mirrors power fold? Do I need to get ANOTHER sales code flashed to My truck? Or am I S.O.L.?

What trim level is your truck? If it's a Tradesman or Express then you are S.O.L the sales code for power folding mirrors is LER and it's not available on these trim levels. Also you will need new door control modules. If you have a Big Horn or higher trim level you may be able to add the code. I have a 14 Express and I just hardwired my own power folding switches. They work great and I have control over both mirrors separately from my drivers door. The wires for the power fold function are the blue wire and the yellow wire that are next to each other in the plug. I just taped into them and rigged reverse polarity switches. It was a pain in the ass running the wires from the passenger side mirror plus the power and ground through the small opening in the drivers side door harness with the parking brake in the way but was able to get it done.....looks factory

Do you have a picture of the switches and where you mounted them? I also have an express but would like to add power fold mirrors

I added the upgraded door panels so my switch location may be different than yours if you have an Express. I used mini DPT momentary switches. They have six prongs and will work for reverse polarity. They work great. I got them on eBay but you can get them on Amazon as well. I use them everyday at work and they work perfectly . I love being able to have control of both mirrors separately . I just took some pics for you but it's dark out. You can still see where I mounted them in the resets in the door panel. They are very small so finding a location will not be hard. If you need any more pics let me know. I also added a pic of how to wire a reverse polarity switch. Not sure if you were familiar with it. It's very easy.
