I’ve got a 2019 1500 limited, having an issue with the power mirrors. Gear keeps spinning even after the mirrors are all the way in or out. Dealer told me the only fix was to purchase new mirrors which run about $850 a piece!

Reset the mirror position. It’s cover in the owners manual.

Any fix to this? The reset is just fold and then unfold lol. Yeah I've done that about everytime I leave the drive way and the mirrors still try to open several times after they are fully open

Both of my folding mirrors were ratching/clicking every time they were actuated. There was no reset other then replacing both of them. Fortunately I had the Chrysler Life Time Warranty, wise move I made. Both mirrors $1700.00 with $180 in labor. Was leary to replace them as both door side panels had to be removed. Side panels don't always go back in factory form. My local Chrysler/RAM dealer did the job and everything went back just as it came from the factory.
