Power outlet rear passenger

I would like to install a 12 volt power outlet for the rear passengers in my crew cab Express.
My fuse box has the 20 amp fuse F90/91 installed with the connection tabs underneath the fuse. Is the wiring harness connector under my center seat / console?

I had to buy a center console which had the harness and the outlet. Its basically plug and play once you have those items.
