I have a 2016 Big Horn, the drivers power window was working fine and go down and up properly till one day the window would go down when pushed and then stop after going about 3 to 4 inches, I can push again it it does the same thing, same with going up, all other windows work fine. I tried the relearn of down and hold and up and hold and that did not solve problem. I removed the motor and ran it to rule out regulator binding and it did the same thing. I'm thinking it's the door module but don't want to spend money on that if it won't fix the problem. Has anyone had this problem and what was the fix.

I had the very same problem in a Toyota, it only occurred when the temps were low during Winter. Spraying silicone on the felt tracks of the frame solved it for the Winter, but I had to do it again the following Winter. I suspected the motor was getting weaker and the extra load from the cold frame was enough to cause it to stop.

Ive replaced my D/S window switch 3 times before i figured out what was happening. There were 2 causes actually. 1: I used to keep my heater closest to the door at a downward angle and after awhile, it would heat up the solder on the switchs board

2: i keep my window cracked rain or shine and water had gotten inside the switch causing corrosion build up

The fix, get rain deflectors on your windows and/or dont aim the heater on the switch

I removed the motor from the regulator and operated it with no load and it did the same thing.

Did your window travel a few inches then stop but would move again when button pushed moving just a few inches or not work at all.

It was all over the place. Moved a little. Moved alot and eventually it stopped moving all at all fully opened. Had to tape a trash bag on the window till the new switch came in

I had pics of the corrosion and bad solder but they are long gone

You may have had a bad solder, but I seriously doubt that the heater duct pointing at the switch area got it hot enough to create that problem. Unless your heater is putting out 700 degrees Fahrenheit.
