Premium Instrument Cluster Question on Ram 2018 Super Duty

I have a question about something that's been bugging me for a while. I bought a 2018 Power Wagon a few months ago and there is one item on the instrument cluster that I can't find anywhere in the owner's manual. It is the icons to the left of the MPG readout. The items are: an instrument cluster display, an "up" arrow, "Speed" , a "down" arrow, and a vehicle icon. Any ideas on what they are and if they can be changed?

Those Icons scroll through when you are changing your center readout (EVIC) for your dash. When it says (SPEED) for the Icon, it is telling you that the speed should be displayed in the EVIC. If you use your UP & DOWN button on your steering wheel, you will see the Icons scroll through and your EVIC will change along with them.

The speed one cannot be changed. Only mph and kmh can be changed on that and to do that you have to change it by pressing an over button on the wheel or by going into your I connect and changing your display units.

If you go. Through to the instrument cluster icon you can change the layout of your gauges on the digital screen. Not 100% sure what you're trying to ask. Also title says super duty that's a Ford. Lol

Use the up and down arrows on the left side of your steering wheel to scroll that area.

I had a 2004 F350 (Super Duty) until it was stolen this past January. I guess after having that truck for 16 years, all "heavy" duty trucks seem like "super" duty trucks to me!
