Just as the title states. I am looking at one or the other but have absolutely no experience with either brand. I have obviously heard of both, and have heard many great things regarding either company. My question is: I am wanting to level my truck out at 2.5". Which brand will give me better results? With it being a 2012, will I need to upgrade anything else during the process? The truck will occasionally go off road, but for the most part be city driven. Any help and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've never really heard of anyone doing the procomps, 99.9% of people on here use the bilsteins. Since it's a 2012 you won't need to replace the UCA's like the 13+

I went the the Bilsteins set at 2.1. I am very happy with the quality and the ride. I did all four shocks.

I have the ProComps and had a set of bils. both are nice but o give the nod to since you can set them at different setting unlike the Pro Comp its either factory or 2 inches

I am curious about the part I put in bold. I have seen it mentioned more then once, but I haven't seen why. What is different on the 13+ that requires this?
