Projector light upgrade

I recently upgraded my head lights to projector lights added the resister to ground and parking light and now my blinkers only work when switch is in parking light mode

You likely need a different harness or correct the programming using AlfOBD. Do you have a link to what you purchased?

I do not it was a gift from last Xmas I just bought the load resisters (50w-6ohm) to stop the light out message which it did.

they were reproductions I don’t remember from but everything works perfectly except in the day when the lights are off no blinker till I turn on day time tuning light

Did you have to go into the BCM with AlfaOBD and reconfigure the DRL's? / reconfigure for LED 's or do the DRL's have an separate power feed / circuit?

If you changed and wiring, sure would like to see what you did. Otherwise everything here is a guess.
