Proven ground 5 inch tips installed

Got them in Christmas eve, put em on this afternoon. Got the 121.99 special amrecian trucks had for tips and muffler, didn't do the muffler. Looks to be of good quality, welds on the tips and muffler set up are nice.

The 5” should come stock instead of those 3”. Looks sharp and gives off a nice tone to the exhaust.

Looks like a 4" opening with that lip though.

Probably right, didn't notice a change in sound, but it looks a lot better with the big horn wheels I put on than the stock tips I rattle canned.

? mine came with 4” tips from the factory i thought they were 4” right???

2011 Ram 1500 5.7 sport has 3” stock tips.

My 2010 had 4" stock and I went to 5"

One thing to keep in mind when going to 5" tips. 5" is great for looks but also can help deepen the tone of the exhaust note. If the inner diameter is not increased as well then you wont see a difference in tone. That is why we recommend the Carven 5" tips. They OD and ID will increase so you will get better looks and sound!
