Put Dexcool into my 03 5.7 hemi Please Help

New here . I put dexcool into my 03 5.7 about a month ago. I’m sure that’s lead to some issues, but not sure of specifics. more importantly not certain how to fix my mistake so Please help with suggestions. Thanks everyone

Drain the radiator and fill it with proper antifreeze? At worst, it's corrode a little, at best, it does it's job, but still corrodes. simple fix.

Drain, flush, refill with proper HOAT rated coolant.
