Put her to work today

It's been a while since I have been able to post anything about my truck on here since all I have been able to do lately is rack up miles and pay for fuel to get place to place haha.

So today, I was excited that I actually got to put my truck to work, even if it wasn't much.

We have been wanting to get rid of a couple bushes in from of our small barn in the back yard for a while. Since the weather was nice today and I had nothing better to do, I figured it was time to whip out the tow straps

I then tried to pull out the second bush but was only able to rip the entire top of it out...

Haha, actually at first I did a little bit. That bush has been there for at least 20 years if not longer. So it has had time to create a huge root system around and under the barn. I was slowly pulling it up, but mostly unsuccessfully at first. I was able to pull it out a little bit so that I could get to the roots and do a bit of chopping and then after that, it came right up

Very nice, I also don't get to put my truck to work very often but it's also very nice and fun when I do.... She being put to work as we speak hauling the boat around this and next week

HAHA, yea, no **** right?! Actually the reason I cleared out the bushes was to get to 2 dead hickory trees that are needing to come down. I'll be havin fun with those too, don't worry
