Big Terry

So I went and ordered tires and wheels yesterday. Nothing crazy; just a better look and a better tire than those god-awful baloneys that come from the factory. Otherwise it's all the same- wheel size, offset, tire size.
Anyways, in the interest of saving time, I told them I wanted to be able to just come and have the new ones mounted- I wanted them to get the new ones mounted and balanced so all that needed done when I showed up was a swap. He says I'll have to buy new TPMS sensors to have installed on the new wheels. OK, no worries. Do it. That way I don't have to make a trip back to have them all unmounted/remounted whenever I decide to put the stock wheels back on (you know, at trade-in time), let alone wait for them to make the swap right there when I go to get them put on.
So, my question is...(and I should have probably asked him before I left the shop)- how difficult is it going to be for the aftermarket sensors they install on the new wheels, to link and sync with the truck? I am hoping this will be a truly seamless experience, but at the same time I am preparing for a colossal ****show.
