Question for those who have done Zone 1.5 Body Lift

I am going to be putting this on in a few weeks and have done alot of research on here about it.

I have a ?'s for anybody that has done it.

1. I know alot of said to use the RC BL Kit instructions to fill in the gaps Zone leaves out which I can see why but in their instructions they say to not only remove the cab bolts but also the nuts from the Cab Body Mounts and replace those.



The Zone Instructions mention nothing of this.

With the Zone Kit aren't I just taking out the cab bolt, lifting the body, putting the spacer in, replacing the bolt, and lowering it back down?

Can't see why you would remove the Cab Mount Bolts.

What am I missing?

No need to remove thoughts bolts. They're for the stock rubber isolators between the frame and the cab.

OK Thanks. That's what I thought I just cant figure out why that is in the instructions

Correct.... One side at a time, remove cab/bed mount bolts. Snug them and do opposite side the same way. You may need to move your bed a little to align it. Front to back or side to side
