Question - night edition

Hey guys currently own an 08 ram 1509 quad SLT.

Purchasing a new 2019 classic night edition crew cab, it's a couple hours away I've only seen pics.

I have a custom subwoofer box underneath the Back seat, can somebody tell me if the night edition CREW is the exact same under the back seat as my 08 quad .

That sucks maybe someone else can verify aswell.. my 08 quad has an indent hole thing on each side right now

If it's made for a 4th gen (2009 per your picture) then yes it should work fine in the 2019 classic as that is still a 4th gen. However, you are saying you it came out of your 2008? So you had a 2009 (4th gen) part in the 2008(3rd gen)? Sorry if I confused what you posted.

No I have the 08 quad cab SLT I believe it is.. that pic I posted was an 09 but looks like it's the same as what I got.
But yes hoping it fits, get my truck Thursday and just trying to plan ahead

You said you are buying a crew cab? That will be totally different than a quad cab. But being bigger the box should fit although not custom.

My 03 which is the same as your 08 is definitely smaller and not molded the same as my 15 Crew which would be the same as the 19 classic crew

Yes buying a crew, I contacted fox acoustics who made the box..my 08 quad cab SLT is a 4th gen no?
So is the new crew classic 2019.

They say it should fit.. I guess I won't know til I got it I've seen different crews ..some with same backseat underneath..and some with the flat base underneath the backseat so I don't friggin know haha..just eager to get it and my system put in

So the underseat area on 3 gen and 4 gen is identical. I got the liner out of an 06 to do my fiberglass work for my enclosure, I didn't want to smell fiberglass resin till the smell dissipated. I got one out of a pick a part place for $8 I believe it was so I wasn't out to much of it didn't work out.

When I bought my cheap Atrend sub box (which i’m totally happy with), it said it would fit 02-18 quad and crew cabs so I’m guessing it will be fine.
