I found a set of 2013 OEM projector headlights off a 2500 Laramie. Will these fit a 2012 1500? Is $200 for them a good deal? He also has a set of LED taillights for $200. Should I grab them? Thanks.

They will fit but you will need new hood, fenders, grill, bumper, wiring harness and a few other things.
I hope you are kidding

Yes they will fit. You just need the adapter harness from retroshop to make them work.

200 is a real good price for projectors. Definitely get them and like said above you will just need a harness from retroshop that make them work. Not sure if 200 is good for the led tails , but there is also something needed to make them work on your truck

Well crap. He just sold them. Didn't think they would last long. Thanks for the clarification. I try to jump on good deals when I see them even though I don't really need them! Haha.

For future reference, OEM projectors routinely go for $600+ and tails $300+.

If you don't have OEM projectors you will need a wiring harness to make them work according to Retro Shop.
Correct
