RA3 RA4 Software Update for 8.4" 2013 Rams

Found this info on RAM FORUM and figured I would pass it on. A update is available for the new 8.4" equipped Rams. Apparently it makes things run smoother and leaves the apps open for future updates...

Go to https://rsur.extra.chrysler.com/rsur/Uconnect.do and enter your VIN to see if your unit is eligible for the update.

Then follow these easy instructions and update. Doing mine now...

Just updated mine. Took about 30 minutes to download, and about 8 to update. Holy hell, night and day difference in speed. Everything is so much more responsive and how it should be. I'll test it out and look for new things tomorrow...

the update site is not available from europe AND my vin is not accepted, could someone be so nice, to make a download and give me a link please

Can someone who has updated their 8.4A post up their version number from the settings screen?

I've entered my vin and it says no updates available. Radio is starting to act up a little bit, I'm hoping an update will fix it.
