Software update on 8.4 vp3 W/ Nav.

I installed a 8.4 vp3 W/ Nav last week in my 20 Ram Warlock. Im very happy with it,it does have the 911 pop up,but that don't bother me. My question is can I update the software without causing any problems with the radio or navigation. It originally came out of a Jeep,but I have the vehicle vin number. The current software version is 17.51.21 Thank you for your help.

I did the exact same thing. Updated the software to 18.45.01-my13-17 with no issues.
