Radio Glitch?

Hey man! So i have a 2014 ram 1500, recently had to have a interlock installed. Not sure if that effected my radio. But i have been having problems with it, like glitching, acting slow, not adjusting volume. But sometimes it works great! So i dont know why my interlock would affect it? I called dodge and they said it was cause the last update they had and it should fix it. Well it didnt. I still have trouble around 3-4 times a week. Can u or anyone help me with this? Could it have something to do with my interlock installation or is it just dodges current updates? Please help us out...my email is azamora1290@gmail. Also, i took it to a dodge dealer and they said nothing about my interlock was effecting my radio. Why else would it be doing this? Thanks
