Radio preset and display memory

I own a 2019 RAM 1500 4x4 Laramie. 45K miles. 8.4 inch display screen. My third RAM and love it. However, the "theme" settings on my center (above the steering wheel) display loose memory and revert back to the factory preset. The center (console) information display will maintain the display theme memory. If I reset, the center display remains from two to three start ups only.
In addition, the radio station presets loose memory 2-3 times per month.
Dealer knows about this but seems there is no fix. Any ideas? Thank you.

I feel your pain. My radio presets vanish and I have a weird beep that I can’t figure out. Supposed to be an update coming for some of the issues.

My weird BEEP just started about 3 weeks ago. What in the world is it??? LOL

Would be interested to know the answer to this issue as my presets disappear as well . 2022 Ram night Edition Quad cab 8.4 screen .

I went into the settings for the XM radio and disabled auto tune at start up and so far settings and presets staying set. Will track for a ferw weeks to see if this did the trick. So far five days and holding presets . Hope this might help .
