Radio wire harnesses adapter

I’ve been looking online for a good minute trying to find a radio wiring harness to connect it to my aftermarket stereo and I can’t find any that have the same wire placement as my stock one. Anyone kind enough to share a link where I can buy a wiring harness for a 2007 dodge ram 1500 ?

Sadly it’s a old pioneer radio i had laying around so no.

I checked, what I got is for an 02-05

What I would do, if I were you, go grab one from your local scrapper...or, for the price, id grab one from eBay
