Hi everyone.
I got the ram 1500 2020 which I upgrade the head unit to the Uconnect 4 with GPS (from infotainment.com) and since I installed it last year I had issues with the climate control.
AC didn’t work properly and temperature adjustment was unable to adjust.
The infotainment.com sent me a new harvest and climate bezel (black box), after replacing them AC works better, doesn’t cut off anymore but the temperature doesn’t work. when I’m pushing from cold to hot the hot icon drop downs back to cold so another words it doesn’t let me to adjust the temperature.
Any advice how to fix this problem I done everything regarding the reset unit to factory, disconnecting battery....
all that can be and nothing fixing this problem..
