I have a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic (Warlock), and I’m having issues with the temperature controls. When I use the temperature up or down buttons, the system only switches between HI and LO instead of allowing gradual adjustment. On the touchscreen, I can select a specific temperature, but it immediately reverts back to HI or LO.
I should be able to set an exact temperature, but for some reason this function no longer works. What could be causing this issue, and how can I troubleshoot or fix it?
