RAM 2013 XM satellite radio problems

Hello all,
I recently had the ram in the shop for a warranty issue to replace my interior overhead lights. once i had it returned i noticed the sat radio had horrible connectivity. All channels skipped like an old disc man. I took it back to dealership and told them the issues they did a software update and said there was nothing wrong with it. issues still continue. Anyone experiencing issues with their satellite radios? I have a ford f150 with sirius and its still working fine which is why it makes me think its something wrong with the ram not Siruis XM themselves.

What was the problem with the overhead lighting? Did they remove the headliner? Check antenna connections.

I would ask that they check their work, as it sounds like they disturbed the connections for the satellite radio while doing the repair!
