I've replaced my battery and I keep getting this service throttle lightning bolt light. I'm sure most of you are familiar anyways. What are some of the common issues? I've seen the battery I've replaced it. I don't have a lack of power or anything, but I do notice that my engine temp will just die out.And not register until I restart the truck and then it will register temperature again.Any advice

The temp sensor will throw that same symbol. Get a scanner to check but my guess is your temp sender in your water pump is going bad. Use OEM replacements.
