You can google "RAM Cares" for a website, too.

I used this number to get my 2018 radio swapped out back in January. They know well of this issue (they won't say that out loud). Make sure to tell them it is malfunctioning and disabling controls as well as ghost entries.

Background told to me was that a new supplier was used as of 2018 models and a very large batch of these is on the road and being replaced. Good luck!

@RamCares representatives may also see your post here. You could also reach out to to Uconnect. One of the first things they will request is that you have a dealership diagnose and quote the issue.

I and many others on the forums have had the radio replaced for the same issue.
