Has anyone ever had an issue resolved via Ram Cares? Seems like they are just smoke and ******** and never really do anything. Might be better to dissolve the group and better spend money on parts that work.

I have had 3 different cases with RAMcares. One on the dipstick recall on my HD, they did help get the part faster to my local dealer. Another time, my truck was down for little over 2 months for warranty repairs. They got stelantis to cut me a check for the 2 car payments. So they dont provide miracles, but sometimes it has paid off.
