I have to jump on this bandwagon. I had my 2016 rebel in at my purchasing dealership for air suspension problems. It has the unlimited mileage lifetime warranty and currently has over 100,000 miles on it. I take impeccable care of it originally it’s spent seven months at the dealership Post Covid with parts issues when I got it back it failed in two weeks but I nursed it along for almost a year because I didn’t wanna lose it again fast-forward to this February. I dropped it off at the dealership again and it remained there for 18 weeks and I finally got it back two weeks ago and it’s finally fixed fingers crossed.
When I was reaching my frustration level, I realize the dealer was no longer to help me so I reached out to ram care. What a mistake !! everything everybody said is true, and when I finally got a person from this country on the phone, they actually began to yell at me. Usually customer service talks to a customer, but in this case, it started out very badly from the person who this case have been escalated to they were actually looking for a fight.Iihad to de-escalate the conversation with them.
I’ve never been treated like that in my whole life by a customer service person.
Dealer who I felt was not doing a good enough job actually ended up treating me better than Stellantis iduring all this back-and-forth. I had a conversation with the dealer principal who told me that Stellantis is so bad to deal with that most times when one of his customers go to them to create a case and get help, he ends up losing the customer forever because of Stellantis. In the end, I ended up commending my dealer, not only for putting up with me for having to deal with Stellantis. If I was this dealership, I would be looking for another product to sell by the way I’m probably on my 25th Chrysler new product in the past 35 years probably my last. Not because of the dealer, but because of Stellantis themselves who treated me with absolutely no respect.
