Why? That'd be butt ugly over what is already on the 3rd gen perfected grill. It don't get nicer than this.

I think there’s a guy on here that has a third gen that put one of those grills on. I forget his username but it’s a black truck with a bunch of chrome and a spoiler and all kinds of stuff all over it.
Personally I think those grills are hideous and absolutely would not look right at all on a 3rd gen. But it’s your truck, if you like it then go for it

Hey guys I’m new here and Just got an 06 1500 Mega 8lug. I’m wanting to murder it out but switch some things with newer designs. I found the ‘16 grill for the 06 w/o letters in black but can’t find the letters. I was thinking maybe the rebel letters but not sure of how to separate them from the frame then affix them to the new grill. Any ideas?
