Looks nice, but dang are they pricey. So you just removed the beauty panel and installed both?

The trim panel is still on the truck, I just trimmed it out for what I needed.

I was going to go with Zone but the offroad shop I used is a BDS dealer and gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse

6 is pushing it REALLY tight to get into my garage. If the stupid XM antenna were a puck and not a fin, I might squeeze in.

Ya there’s no way mine would fit in a 7ft garage, I’m 6’2” and the bottom of my mirrors is above my shoulders. But with Bils set at 0.0 and rear 3” coils with 35’s it should squeeze under with the fin.

Looks great man. Would love this setup on my truck. I gotta get my hands on a LED light bar and some tow hooks.

Looks good.

I wish I had that setup. I had to make my own brackets and they interfere with tow hooks.

I’m trying to get quotes to make/sell these but prices are too high
Well let me know if you end up doing that. Think it would fit on my 2500. It looks bad ass on your truck.

JB1, what price are you trying to hit? $100? 50? Just curious.

Good question.
I have no doubt as many sport versions are out there the bracket kit would sell.

Truck looks great! I'm curious about the relocation brackets for the tow hooks as well. I'd like to get a set on my Sport.

Well after a few months I finally got my 30" light bar installed. The light bar is made by rough country and is their black series curved p/n 72730BL, 150w with 12,000 lumens (Length: 31.37-inches | Depth: 3.12-inches | Height: 1.6-inches). I have the license plate bracket so I could only fit a single row, but at 12,000 lumens it lights up all I need for my use. I also wanted a single row so I could tuck it inward as much as possible. The metal/plastic bumper bracing behind the sport bumper cover prevented me from totally recessing it but I did what I could. The black series has the black face and hardware so it helps to make it "blend in" as much as possible. The light bar comes with a really nice harness and switch that made it easy to install. I designed a tow hook relocation bracket and made a provision to attach a light bar bracket to it. Its a tight fit to get the light bar with the tow hooks and still allow full use of the tow hooks but it worked.

I'm am 100% interested in tow hook relocation brackets for my Express! Even would take the design file and have them machined somewhere...
