Note that "problems" can be anything from a minor issue with infotainment to a major issue like a blown motor. Ram went from the lowest problems reported in 2024 to the bottom ten in 2025.

And they will wonder what happened to their market share and spend tons of $$ hiring consultants to try and get answers. Maybe I should start a consultant firm catering to auto industry execs who need pink smoke blown up the rear orifice to cover their butts and find a way to put blame anywhere but where it belongs.

Well, customer satisfaction isn't the only thing plummeting vs last year.

Stellantis stock is tanking. After nearly touching $30 in spring of 2024, it's under $9.60 now. Last January it was hovering around $13.

All that cost cutting that drove the stock up in the short term has bit them (and their customers) in the ass long term. Since Stellantis was created by the merger, it's lost right at 30% of it's value.

good riddance. its almost as if it was intentional; its not like they havent been forecasting this for the last 20+ years, what with the whole right to repair laws being fought left and right with these dealerships and shops. Hell, Im about at that point to get rid of my 22 and trade it for something 10+ years old because Im tired of this crap. If Im not fighting trying to open my damned tail gate, Im dealing with my Uconnect screen always needing dealership work, my backup alarm slamming on the e-brake when it detects all of the NOTHING behind me that Im about to back into, or wonder if Im going to develop a hemi tick in the next few weeks because I idled my truck for 10 minutes this month. Co worker of mine has a brand new jeep gladiator and its been in the shop more than he's had it on the road going on his possible 3rd motor in the last 6 months. No, someone wanted to destroy the US auto industry as you can see this garbage creeping into all US automaker policies.
